Exquisite Coastal Properties began over four years
ago when we first visited Pleasure Island. We quickly fell
in love with the beaches, the weather, and the community. 
We were inspired to combine our love of building with our
strong desire to "turn dreams into reality" and began to
partner with some of the extraordinary talent on the
island to create properties that exhibit both
"comfort and elegance".
